He competed for years with Pat Tanaka, first as Badd Company in the AWA, where they were managed by Diamond Dallas Page, and then as the Orient Express in WWE, when Diamond, as the masked Kato, replaced Akio Sato, under the management of Mr. Fuji. He had a brief, undistinguished run as Max Moon. He has also competed for New Japan Pro Wrestling, the USWA, ECW, WCW, the Mid-Eastern Wrestling Federation (Maryland), the Continental Wrestling Association and many other promotions. Among his in-ring achievements, he is a former multiple-time CWA (Memphis) International Tag Team Champion (first with Jeff Jarrett and then with Pat Tanaka), a former AWA World Tag Team Champion (with Tanaka), a former USWA World Tag Team Champion (with Steven Dunn), a former IWA (Puerto Rico) Southern Champion, a former CWF (Canadian Heavyweight Champion in Manitoba, Canada) Heavyweight Champion and a former 2x TWA (Shawn Michaels' Texas Wrestling Academy in San Antonio) Heavyweight Champion as Venom.
