In 2004, As Executive Producer, Pelloni launched the hit TV series "Bridezillas" -a documentary-reality series that brings a comic and innovative spin to the conventional wedding show - the show began charting huge numbers, and continued to grow each week. "Bridezillas" scored the network's highest ratings EVER for original programming. Overall ratings for season two improved 195% from season one. As if one show wasn't enough, she concurrently served as Co-Executive Producer of "Single in the City: Atlanta" -a real-life version of the wildly popular HBO "Sex and the City" series. When it comes to television, Pelloni is a seasoned veteran and very proud of her Television roots, She began her TV career in Detroit, Michigan at the age of 19, working as an intern for the very popular Live morning talk show "Kelly & Company" on WXYZ-TV. Working really hard paid off for Mary. She moved very quickly up the local ladder-from Intern to Production Assistant to Producer within a few years. While climbing that ladder at WXYZ-TV, Mary graduated from Wayne State University and soon after departed her hometown of Detroit for the bright lights and the lure of the big city, New York City. There, she produced several national talk shows-working with well-known talk talent as Sally Jessy Raphael, Gordon Elliott, and Montel Williams. After several years in the Big Apple, Mary retired her snow boots and headed west. The Roseanne Talk Show-a production of King World in Los Angeles-brought her on board as Producer, where she worked very closely with Roseanne, coordinated and producing all comedy sketches, celebrity guests and hour-long specials with icons like Oprah Winfrey and Bette Midler, to name a few. Her work there scored her a plum gig as the Executive Producer and Co-Owner of "Teen Talk", on the WB Network. Between her time on the East and West coasts, Mary accepted an once-in-a-lifetime position as the Senior Producer for Universal Television. Based in Amsterdam, she developed and produced variety and single-topic talk shows for German and Dutch television where she had to discover new talent.

Producing meshed well with development, and Mary made the decision to try her hand at the latter in June of 2000. Her former supervisor-the infamous Roseanne-hired Mary as the Development Producer for her production company, Full Moon & High Tide. There, she researched and developed original programs for television, film and music, and oversaw publicity for the derisive diva's career and website. Pelloni then launched the hit makeover show 'How Do I Look?" hosted by Finola Hughes featured on the Style Network. As Supervising Producer and Director, Mary had a hand in every facet of production, and her creative imprimatur earned the show a devoted following.
