General Manager Theodore Long about how "The Boogeyman" was going to be a new show on the network until "something happened on the set," but, that they had a "multi-year holding deal" with the intended star and that in Cannon's opinion "he'd be a great addition for 'SmackDown!," leading to the Boogeyman making his first appearance on WWE TV.
