James Huang height - How tall is James Huang?

James Huang resides in Melbourne, Australia where he teaches acting with his company the Hollywood Actor Lab and works as a filmmaker with his production company Yellow Sun Films. His feature film 'Starting from Scratch' was acquired and distributed worldwide after a successful film festival run. He wrote, directed, edited and starred in the heartfelt romantic comedy and produced the film with his wife Elizabeth Sandy who also stars in the film. The movie won top honors of 'Best Film' at the DisOrient Film Festival of Oregon, 'Best Comedy' at the Asians on Film Festival in Los Angeles, 'Best Ensemble Cast' and 'Best Editing' at the Independent Filmmakers Showcase of Los Angeles, and 'Honorable Mention for Best Film' at the New Jersey Film Festival. He started his film and television career in New York before moving to Los Angeles where he has lived and worked extensively as an actor and filmmaker for twenty years. During Covid-19 in 2020, James and his family relocated to Melbourne, Australia where he could continue teaching actors and making films. He was born and raised in New York and attended high school and college in New Jersey. He was captain of his high school Varsity football team, played LaCrosse and Wrestled, while learning Taekwondo in the summers.

Created the production company Yellow Sun Films with Elizabeth Sandy to produce the feature film "Starting from Scratch" (2013). Huang translates to 'Yellow' and 'Sun' are James Huang's family surnames.

Joined the Screen Actors Guild from an episode of Law & Order starring Jerry Orbach and Jesse Martin (1999).
