His First novel “ Chinta Ghar “ was published by Rajkamal with the introduction by legendary litterateur Shrilal Shukla. His second and much more popular novel “Comrade Godse “was also based on the backdrop of media. It was a story written in new figurative on Media, Politics and the ‘Art of Riots’.Both novels awarded, first from MP Sahitya Parishad and the second one got him Bihari Samman. Both novels collectively made “ Khwab Ke Do Din” – that was also published by Rajkamal. He is honored by Sharad Joshi Rashtriya Samman by Madhya Pradesh for his contribution in the field of satire writings.

1996

He joined the Navjyoti Group at Jaipur and re-launched the whole newspaper in 1996. For one year he worked with a multilingual news portal company at Delhi and later joined Dainik Bhaskar Group as an editor. With DB, he conceived and introduced Aha Zindagi, a special size unique Hindi magazine known for its innovative content and presentation. It was highly appreciated within the industry and readers alike. Within months of its publication, the audit bureau of circulation certified 1.34 lac print copies and readership survey acknowledged with 5 lakh plus readers . After 5 years, he shifted and became group editorial advisor to Amar Ujala. He has also written one popular management book “ Hit Updesh: The book of razor management” and analysis on brand Amitabh Bachchan – “ Amitabh Ka A “ . He is a co-founder of Antara Infomedia which is active in publishing online and print both new age mediums.

1990

Yashwant Vyas is an Indian author, journalist and editor. He is Group adviser to Amar Ujala Newspaper group and founder , Antara Infomedia. Known for his experimental approach, he has been associated with many prestigious news groups. As editor , he had been heading an Indian multilingual portal group in the 1990s and three prestigious national newspapers. Besides regular columns in print Yashwant Vyas has published more than twelve books, written scripts, translated and edited works. One of his laudable experiments in Hindi print was Aha!Zindagi, the first positive life magazine of its unique style.

1984

Started column writing and freelance journalism for known Hindi newspapers during college days. Joined Naiduniya, the prestigious newspaper published from MP (1984-85 to 1995-96). His popular satirical columns published in Hans, Jansatta and other renowned publications. Awarded KK Birla-HT Fellowship to research on changing the face of regional Hindi press. He travelled across all the publications, interviewed the owners and editors. This research was published in the form of a book “ Apane Gireban Men” by Radhakrishna and got great reviews. Later he wrote “ Kal Ki Taza Khabar” the next part on media published by Vagdevi.
