Voter Gravity is a "campaign technology company" founded by Ned Ryun in 2012. The company developed an application for political campaigns and organizations get out the vote efforts. The application works on tablets and smart phones providing "canvassing maps, walk lists, voter information and dialing tools" that update in real time to a database. Ryun and American Majority gained notability during the 2011 Wisconsin protests over the state's 2011 budget. While predominantly liberal protestors and members of Wisconsin labor unions filled the Wisconsin State Capitol demanding that the Act 10 legislation be defeated, Ryun and other organizations affiliated with the Tea Party organized a February 19 counter-rally to support Wisconsin governor Scott Walker outside of the state capitol building. Speaking alongside Ryun were Andrew Breitbart, Herman Cain, novelist Brad Thor, and others.
