In her second season with Embry-Riddle, Ebbs played in all 22 games and made her second first team All-Conference selection. Other highlights include, becoming a NAIA-Daktronics Scholar-Athlete and making the Academic All-Conference team. Ebbs netted the game-winning goals against SCAD (Oct. 4) and Southeastern (Oct. 19) and contributed a goal and an assist in the Eagles’ NAIA National Tournament Opening Round win against Reinhardt (Nov. 23). Ebbs also assisted the game-winner against William Carey (Dec. 3).

2017

Ebbs returned to Adelaide in 2017 and is part of the leadership group at Adelaide University Soccer Club in the PS4 WNPL.

2016

Ebbs returned to the Embry-Riddle Women's Soccer program in the fall of 2016 as a Graduate Assistant coach.

Ebbs joined Embry-Riddle in 2012. Ebbs made the first team All-Conference selection in her first season and was named in the Embry-Riddle Athletics President's Team. Ebbs played in all 23 contests, drawing 22 starts and was the team leader in assists with 11, contributed four goals.

2011

Ebbs made her senior debut for Adelaide United in the 2011-12 W-League Season. Ebbs scored the winning goal in the club's only win for the season in a 1-0 victory over Perth Glory on 16 December 2011.

Katherine was born in 1993 in Adelaide, South Australia. Katherine moved back to her family's hometown of Liverpool, UK, at a young age before moving back to Adelaide in 1999. Ebbs attended secondary school at Mercedes College. Katherine is the third child of John and Abby Ebbs and is a lifetime supporter of Everton F.C.. During interviews, Katherine often recalls the special place in her heart that she holds for her dear younger sister, Amielia Ebbs. Acting as one of Katherine's greatest inspirations, Amielia also plays elite soccer in the PS4 Women's National Premier League (WNPL).
