On September 16, 2019, Senat was claimed off waivers by the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs placed him on injured reserve on November 2, 2019. During his absence, the Chiefs went on to win Super Bowl LIV, their first championship in 50 years.


Senat was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the sixth round, 212th overall, of the 2018 NFL Draft. He was placed on injured reserve on August 31, 2018 after having foot surgery.


Senat joined the Wagner football team in 2016 and started all 22 games in two seasons. He was also a member of their basketball team, where he contributed to a 16-14 season as a senior before focusing solely on football in 2017 as a fifth year senior.
