Seeley married actress Amy Paffrath in 2013. In February 2019, the couple announced they were expecting their first child. On July 20, 2019, Paffrath gave birth to their daughter, Ember Florence.
In 2013, Seeley began filming his role in a new film, Elixir, which was renamed Lovestruck: The Musical on ABC Family. Seeley played the role of "Young Ryan".
