Choi In-Jeong (Hangul: 최인정; Korean pronunciation: [tɕʰwe̞.in.dʑʌn] ; born 21 May 1990) is a South Korean female épée fencer. She competed as part of the South Korean team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's team épée, where she won a silver medal. She was defeated in the third round in the individual event. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she again competed in both the individual and the team epee events. She reached the quarterfinals in the individual event, where she lost to Rossella Fiamingo. In the team event, South Korea lost to Estonia in the quarterfinals.
